Deposits are required for new clients and all appointments requiring 3 or more hours. However, please note that we require a 24our notice for cancelations or changes to your appt. Coloring appointments take 3-5 hours and your stylist sets that time aside for you. If you no show or cancel last minute to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. We know that some things happen that are out of our control, so emergency situations will be considered on a case by case basis. Appointments booked within the 24 hour period are still subject to the cancelation policy.
 

NEW COLOR CLIENTS-  If your hair is currently colored and you plan to change what you have, you must text a picture of your hair to 310-850-2181 as well as a picture of your desired color so we may determine whether or not an in person constulation is required prior to booking. We look forward to seeing you!

For an appt within 24-48 hours vm/text is best, for an appt more than 48 hrs in advance it's best to fill out an email request form.

We check and return ALL voicemail prior to opening the phone line each business day. Appts are given in the order vm/text are received.
