*What days/times are you available? (including Sundays) Please indicate the minimum of hours you'd like to work and the maximum.

*Do you have a Facebook Page, Instagram Page or website that shows your professional work? What are the links? Are you willing to maintain a page specifically for your work as a stylist?

*How are your people skills? Phone skills? Are you comfortable selling retail? What are your favorite products?

*What hair color lines have you worked with, and have you taken advanced color classes? Explain what methods and techniques you are familiar with and which ones you'd like to learn.

*How experienced in haircutting are you? Please include cutting styles, and tools you are or aren't familiar with. (shears/clippers/razor etc) assistants: Are you willing to bring a model to the salon on a monthly basis to work on haircutting/coloring?

*What do you love about being a hairstylist? Is there any aspect of the industry that you don't like?

*We continue to advance our skills by taking classes and going to trade shows. Are you willing to

*How strong are you at blowdrying? Round brushing? Flat ironing? As an assistant or stylist at EVOLution Salon your blowdrying skills are most important. Can you blowdry /style ethnic/multi ethnic hair?

*Are you comfortable with formal styling? Are you a makeup artist? Please list strengths/weaknesses - also include tools/techniques you know how to use if applicable curling iron/marcel iron/hot rollers/braids etc.

Styling Assistants only- How long do you plan to assist? What's the minimum amount of time you'd like to see yourself behind the chair as a stylist. What's the longest you expect to assist before becoming independent as a stylist? What areas of training do you wish to accomplish?

*Styling Assistants and Stylists: What is your rate request? Indicate hourly wage, commission etc that you expect to be paid. Stylists please include your starting prices for common services.

*Please list previous employment experience- include time span, starting/ending salary and why you left. What did you love about your past industry jobs. What did you dislike? Why?
